果树渗灌是灌溉水通过特殊的透性材料持续缓慢地渗入并浸润土壤,借助土壤毛管水运动原理向果树根系供水。干旱地区沙地渗灌能有效地减少地表蒸发、避免无效渗漏造成的水分损失,提高灌溉水利用率,从而达到节水的目的。在沙地果园采用节水渗灌技术,比传统的大水漫灌和沟灌方式分别节水83.1%和63.1%。 相似文献

A numerically efficient and stable method is developed to analyze Biot's consolidation of multilayered soils subjected to non‐axisymmetric loading in arbitrary depth. By the application of a Laplace–Hankel transform and a Fourier expansion, the governing equations are solved analytically. Then, the analytical layer‐element (i.e. a symmetric stiffness matrix) describing the relationship between generalized displacements and stresses of a layer is exactly derived in the transformed domain. Considering the continuity conditions between adjacent layers, the global stiffness matrix of multilayered soils is obtained by assembling the inter‐related layer‐elements. Once the solution in the Laplace–Hankel transformed domain that satisfies the boundary conditions has been obtained, the actual solution can be derived by the inversion of the Laplace–Hankel transform. Finally, numerical examples are presented to verify the theory and to study the influence of the layered soil properties and time history on the consolidation behavior. 利用x光电子能谱测试,发现金矿床石英中有负价氮的存在。这种氮的结合能为398eV士,该结合能氮的化合物有多种,氦均为负价态,其中有Si_3N_4Si的x光电子能谱有二个谱峰值:103.4eV和101.9eV,前者为siO_2的结合能,后者为Si_3N_4的结合能。N和Si的结合能均表明石英中有Si_3N_4为负三价态。石英中负价N可能为替代氧的类质同象成分。 相似文献

The daily surface air temperature data are used to assess the climate changes of the contiguous United States during the period of 1901 to 2000. The assessment is made through the first four statistical moments of the daily maximum, minimum, and mean temperature anomalies, the linear trends of the moments, and the changes of the anomalies?? probability density functions. The results on the first moment, i.e., the mean, are compared with the existing ones in terms of intra-annual means and their linear trends. Our first moment results agree with known ones and demonstrate a decrease from the 1930s to the 1960s and an increase from the 1970s to 2000. The temperature fluctuation is the smallest in the 1960s among the decades from 1931 to 2000. The trends of the higher (second-, third- and fourth-order) moments of the mean, maximum, and minimum surface air temperatures are calculated for the periods 1901?C2000, 1910?C1945, 1946?C1975, and 1976?C2000. The results show a decreasing trend of the second- and third-order moments of all the temperatures. The fourth-order moments of the mean and maximum surface air temperatures have increasing trends, but that of the minimum surface air temperature has a decreasing trend. The seasonal histograms of the mean, maximum, and minimum surface air temperatures are calculated for the three periods 1910?C1945, 1946?C1975, and 1976?C2000 for the stations which have the largest trend of maximum daily surface air temperature. An obvious change has been identified in the probability density functions. Among the changes of statistical parameters, the ones for the minimum temperature are larger than those for the maximum and mean temperatures. 相似文献

We used the tropical oceanic planktonic diatom species Nitzschia marina, Rhizosolenia bergonii and Azpeitia africana/Azpeitia neocrenulata, most commonly found in the surface sediments of the northeasternmost South China Sea (SCS) where the Kuroshio Current enters the SCS through the Bashi Strait north of Luzon, to analyse the influence of the the Kuroshio Current on the SCS. The impact of the Kuroshio Current seems to be relatively strong during major warm periods and, to a lesser degree, in minor warm periods during the last 115 000 years. The strongest influence took place during the main part of the Holocene and during the very late phase of Marine Isotope Stage (MIS) 5e. It is possible to distinguish two magnitudes of change in the impact of the Kuroshio Current on the SCS: large changes occurred at shifts between glacial and interglacial conditions, while smaller changes seem to have recurred in both glacial and interglacial episodes as well as during the Holocene. Climatic/oceanographic changes and sea‐level variations were possibly the two most important mechanisms for the varying influences of the Kuroshio Current on the SCS. The interaction between the Kuroshio Current and monsoon‐related processes may also have played a role. However, because of restricted knowledge of the present‐day Kuroshio Current and the absence of a modern analogue to the ancient SCS due to the marked changes in palaeogeography, this relationship is difficult to establish. In this study, two sulfated polysaccharides were isolated from Phyllophorus proteus using enzymatic–alkaline coupling and Sepharose DEAE Fast Flow column chromatography, and Sephadex G100 column chromatography was used for further purification. Physicochemical property analysis indicated that the two sea cucumber polysaccharides were fucan sulfate (FS) and fucosylated glycosaminoglycan (FG). Two low molecular weight polysaccharides—dFS and dFG—were obtained through the degradation of FS using 10 mmol/L TFA and degradation of FG via the β-elimination method, respectively. The in vitro anticoagulant assay demonstrated that FG showed good anticoagulant activity and significantly prolonged the clotting times of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), and FIB. dFG significantly prolonged the clotting times of APTT, TT, and FIB but showed no significant effect on the clotting time of PT. Therefore, adjusting the molecular weight of FG can enhance the selective effects on specific coagulation pathways, thus reducing the risk of bleeding while maintaining optimal anticoagulant activities.
